Fiber G is used for several reasons, including increasing your daily fiber intake, alleviating occasional constipation, improving overall gut health function, and more. Fiber G provides four key benefits:
  • Promotes heart health by lowering elevated cholesterol levels* Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 7 grams of soluble fiber per day of psyllium husk may reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol
  • Helps control appetite by maintaining healthy blood sugar levels. Fiber G forms a thick gel that slows down digestion and helps to promote feelings of fullness between meals.
  • Improves overall gut functioning by restoring healthy gut bacteria. The pre & probiotics in Fiber G help maintain a healthy colony of bacteria and other microorganisms, which provide important nutrition to the cells lining the digestive tract and aid in digestion.
  • Aids in immune function. One serving of Fiber G contains 5000mg of L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is a critical part of the immune system. It is the preferred fuel source for immune cells and the cells that line the intestinal lining of the GI tract. Healthy gut = Healthy you.
Fiber G contains soluble and insoluble fiber sources, including Psyllium Husk, Oat fiber, Fibersol®, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from Chicory Root and Apple Pectin.
For optimal results we recommend 1-2 servings per day. Start with 1 serving of Fiber G in your daily routine, then gradually increase to desired intake.
Fiber G can be taken any time during the day. However, for best results we recommend consuming Fiber G 15-20 min. prior to a meal. NOTE: Keep in mind that bulk forming fibers like Psyllium Husk may affect how well medicines work. Take this product at least 2 hours before or after medicines.
Viscous fiber like Psyllium Husk may reduce your appetite, helping you eat less. Less Food Consumption → Greater Caloric Deficit → Weight Loss
This will vary from person to person and will depend on why you are taking this supplement to begin with. Changes in bowel movements and appetite occur pretty quickly (within 12 to 72 hours). Improvements in health markers such as cholesterol and blood sugar must be discussed with and supervised by your healthcare provider. We recommend taking Fiber G daily for a full two weeks. This will give your body enough time to adjust to any changes in digestion, bloating or gas.
Yes. Fiber G is Gluten-Free, following the FDA guideline that foods carrying the label “gluten free” can contain no more than 20 ppm (parts per million) of gluten. Fiber G is also Dairy Free & Vegan.
Yes. All ingredients are safe to take during pregnancy or lactation. However, always consult with your doctor prior to taking this product.
Yes. When combined with water, the psyllium husk powder used in Fiber G thickens and forms a viscous/gel-like consistency. Also, avoid adding Fiber G to hot beverages as this causes it to gel more rapidly. We recommend adding Fiber G powder to at least 8-12 oz. of cool or cold fluids.
Avoid taking psyllium husk if you have intestinal problems, including bowel spasms or obstructions. In addition, individuals who have difficulty swallowing or a narrowed esophagus shouldn't take Fiber G because they might be at a higher risk of choking.

Helped me so much with bloating

before this product, I would have an issue with bloating constantly. It sucks because I am really active and it gets in the way of my normal routine. But this seriously helps so much!

Delicious taste!
