Ultimate Gut Repair Tea

It has been known for generations that drinking mint tea benefits your digestion and one of the most popular remedies for an upset stomach is to sip on a freshly brewed cup of peppermint tea. 

If you are struggling with indigestion, nausea or IBS and are looking for a natural alternative to sooth your symptoms, give this easy to make tea recipe a try. 


  • 1 Apple Chopped
  • Fresh Peppermint leaves: This refreshing herb helps soothe the stomach, alleviating indigestion and nausea.
  • 1-2 Peppermint Tea Bags
  • 10-12 Ounces of Water: The ingredients are steeped in boiled water.
    Cup of tea brewing


    • Step 1: In a medium sized pot, bring water to boil
    • Step 2: While water is boiling, begin by chopping apple into small cubes. Next, add apple cubes and fresh peppermint leaves into a tea pot
    • Step 3: Fill tea pot with boiling water. Add 1-2 tea bags of peppermint tea and let steep for a total of 5-10 minutes
    • Step 4: Strain and pout into a glass or mug. Finally, garnish with fresh lemon or orange slices and mint. Enjoy!
